  • How long will I have access to the course materials?

    We do not impose an end date to your enrolment on any of the paid for courses. You can continue to revisit the lessons and exercises and refresh your learning, for as long as the course exists. Enrolment in FREE courses is for 1 month only. Private Courses remain open to participants for 12 months.

  • Can I study this course from anywhere in the world? in any time zone?

    Yes, the courses comprise video lessons, set exercises for you to practise, and downloadable written material, that you can access at any time, from anywhere, and study at your own pace.

  • You have a course that I am interested in, but it is not currently available to purchase. What can I do?

    We open new courses 3 or 4 times a year, and periodically rest and update our courses. If you sign up to our CD Mail List, we will let you know in advance when new courses will open for booking, and keep you informed about any live events and special offers exclusively for our Members.   • Can I book a Training Programme just for my team, or company?

  • What can I do if I am finding it difficult to keep going and complete the course?

    Completing an on-line course is a big achievement and isn't always easy.   • Do you have a Money Back Guarantee?

    If you mistakenly buy the wrong course for you, let us know immediately, and we will refund your payment in full, or transfer your enrolment to the course of your choice (within same price). If you start a course and discover that the material is too advanced, or too basic for you, or you just don't like it, please let us know asap. We will refund your purchase in full if you have completed less than 20% of the course, and you let us know within 30 days of buying the course.   • Can I get an invoice for my employer so I can claim the course purchase as an expense?

    E-mail us at: [email protected] (using the same email address you used to create your CD.Training account) with: your order number; company name, address and VAT (sales tax) number and we will send you an invoice for the purchase of your course, marked as "Paid in Full".

  • Can I pay for the course by invoice, instead of Paypal or Credit Card?

    You can e-mail us at: [email protected] to request to pay by invoice. You will need to tell us: your name/or company name, address, and VAT/sales tax number (if applicable) and we will send you an invoice for the purchase of your course. Once we have received payment, we will send you the code you will use to enrol in the course/s.

  • What is the Customer Loyalty Discount?

    Once you have bought and completed one of our courses, we hope to encourage you to continue learning, and reward you for your loyalty, by offering a 20% discount on the purchase of your next course. From time to time, we send out Customer Loyalty Discount coupons to our customers. Or, if there is another course you are interested in, email us at: [email protected], and we will send you your unique discount code. This offer is usually only available to get 20% off the full purchase price of a course, and not in combination with other special offers.
